As an era ends with the departure of Kerri Kasem, Alan welcomed FOX Sports Radio personality, Deb Carson, as his guest host this week. Deb and Alan talked to David Lat, the founding editor of the popular legal website, Above the Law. David talked about the important legal issues of the day, and gave us an update on his recovery from his much-publicized bout with Covid, sharing what it was like being front and center of the news cycle at his illness' height. Later, in the second half-hour, a new class-action lawsuit suggests that there is racial bias in the NFL's concussion settlement. Attorney Aitan Goelman, who represents the plaintiffs (which includes former players Kevin Henry and Najeh Davenport), filled us in on the court battle and the claims against the NFL.
